     RMF opened its doors to the public of South Boston in March of 2007. Since the beginning, though our passion for fitness extended well before the doors of our gym opened, we have been extremely passionate about our work. Our work is to educate our members on how to become physically and even sometimes mentally fit, and to assist them to that goal however we can; whether it be Personal Training, as a member of one of our fitness bootcamps, as a participant of one of our 20+ classes per week, or just merely as a member of our facility, we pride ourselves in our dedication to the success of our members. YOUR SUCCESS IS OUR SUCCESS!
